This best practice workshop is a forum for customers to discuss their use of Metrix 5 and 360 for resource scheduling. The workshop will review the various parameters and rule sets used by customers to optimise their resource scheduling. Specific customer resource challenges will be discussed by attendees with a focus on how these have been addressed or could be addressed going forward. The workshop will produce best practice documentation that will be circulated to FSM & Metrix customers.
September 2011 - Metrix Mobile Deployment
Course Lead – Steve Hurst, FSM Technical Director.
This best practice workshop will review screen content and process flow of mobile solutions to ensure successful adoption by users in the field. Alternative device options and merits will also be reviewed. Items such as bar coding, photos, credit card payments and RFID solutions will be touched on – but will feature in a separate workshop at a later date.
Mobile data best practice documentation will be circulated to FSM & Metrix customers.
